A piece of analysis on the Beeb's website caught my eye this morning:

From Hillary Clinton's perspective, it is a pity that West Virginia is not the size of Texas or California since it contains huge proportions of the various demographic groups she has been winning by miles in previous contests.

The population is older than average, more than 95% white, and contains the lowest proportion of college graduates in the whole of the United States.

Y'know, if I were running for Prez and discovered my ideal demographic comprised the senile, the racist and the stupid -- which is what the Beeb statement is surely implying -- I'd be a bit . . . well, concerned.

I honestly think that HRC's only concern is that there's not enough of them.

What I don't understand is that these are the demographics who hated her so heartily during the era that Bill was running for and being POTUS.

Love, C.

Thog, I just about fell out of my new chair laughing.

That has to be the most incisive--and useful--political analysis I've heard in the last YEAR.

Mr. Cartwheel, you ROCK.
