Good reading of fiction or non-fiction both can do that to me. I remember reading the very well written account of one man's experience with the supernatural/Godspirit as a child and it sparked me to write five chapters of a memoir. It just flowed out of me. All because of that spark. Well-written fiction makes ME want to write.
