Same here. PBS's news service is okayish, but shows all the signs of its underfunding. We usually, if watching tv news, turn to the BBC World News. I thought it was just us who did this -- because of the Brit connection an' all -- but several US friends have said the same. Which is kind of sad, really: people relying on the news service of a foreign country because they think what's on offer in their own is inadequate.
