Cone Zero - reviewers

Des Lewis, editor of the just published anthology Cone Zero (Nemonymous 8), is making PDF copies of the book available to people who'd like to review it on their LJ blogs or anywhere else. He's also allowed me (I have a story in the book, but the rest are good) to act as one of his "outlets" for the distribution of said PDFs.
So, if you'd like me to send you a copy, please e-mail me -- either at my normal e-address, if you have it, or via the LJ system (or even, if you dare, through the comments section for this entry). Obviously, if I'm going to be able to send you the PDF I'll need to have your e-address . . .
If you reckon you could review the book for a major venue and would really prefer a printed copy rather than a PDF, e-mail bfitzworth --at -- yahoo --dot-- co --dot-- uk with the details.

It's already winging its way through cyberspace in your direction, such is the mind-numbing efficiency of your humble correspondent.

"The miracle of modern science, eh?"
You bet, mate. This and decaff tea.

Is it too late to get a copy of Cone Zero to review? Also, I might be able to get a review of it on SFRevu.com if I ask, but I don't know if that counts as a "major" venue? I would think so, but am not sure. I'd love a paper copy for ease of reading (eye problems, gah). If that counts, I can email the editor (whom I know through WSFA) and see if they can make room for it on there. Let me know!
Cheers!

You should contact Des Lewis directly for a paper copy. If you contact me through LJ's email system I'll send you his e-address.
PS
Would you like to review The Dragons of Manhattan for the same venue?
:) :) :)
Re: PS
You can email me the info at emilyesse@gmail.com, if that works. :)
Re: PS
Just been sending the PDF. If you need a paper copy, lemme know.

Re: PS
As noted, if you want a printed copy of Cone Zero you have to contact D.F. Lewis at bfitzworth -- at -- yahoo -- dot -- co -- dot -- uk; my only role in all this is that I have a story in the anthology. Des kindly said I could distribute some PDFs; I have no hard copies except my own contributor copy.
I can send you a copy of The Dragons of Manhattan. Let me have your mail address.
(I'm in the rather rotten position of having a publisher with no US distribution who anyway is currently in hospital recovering from a heart attack; it's obviously a joy that he's recovering, because he's become a dear friend of Pam's and mine, but we're definitely going to berate him next time we see him for having his heart attack at precisely the wrong time. Otherwise I'd be directing you to him for a copy.)
Re: PS
Re: a paper copy of The Dragons of Manhattan - I shall send you my address via my gmail account tonight - I can't access it from work so I don't have your email address (these things are so complicated: why? Heh.)
Thanks for being patient with my silliness re: understanding how to get a paper copy of Cone Zero.
