I wish there was that useful little module that LJ has that asks if I want to make you a friend, that tells us we are already mutual friends, etc. I want to subscribe and grant access to you, but I'm still not sure how tot do that here. This place has me flummoxed in every way.

Too right: it took me a while to work it out, which I eventually did by process of elimination more than anything else.

The thing that took longest was working out how to import icons.

That is really easy.

Making a banner was very hard. Nor am I happy with it. The subtitle "a fox is a wolf that brings flowers ..." is missing. I still don't understand what most of the words means on the customize screens. Nor is there a preview to help you guess.

I have an empty block on my DW, as well, the Profile on the side isn't my profile, but clicks to my icon page.

Nor has anyone done anything to help me with the glitch that won't allow me to x-post with LJ.

This is taking a lot of time without much payback at least at the moment. Sigh.

At the moment my feeling is somewhat the same. On the other hand, yesterday morning I had to deal with eight -- countem, EIGHT -- attempted "friendings" on LJ from those effing Russian bots and this morning there were a further three, so DW is definitely beginning to swell in attraction . . .

Guess I'd better check my LJ flist again, though a few days ago it was clean.
